Was that sarcasm?</p><p>No this was clearly planned and thought out, and the pay 2 win items were not mentioned here, which was also by design. <p>So Señor Brell Serilis  is a scam artist.</p><p>Increases loot coin of caster by 25%.</p><p>NOTHING in this description would lead a reasonable person to believe that the item does not affect plat chests.</p><p>If this is not a bug I want my 50SC back and I want the item to be honestly described.</p><p>-OR-</p><p>Fix this if it is bugged AND give me another one.</p><p>I can confirm that it works on regular mobs because of the silver I was getting on some Velious mobs I tested.</p><p>The effect clearly does not work in Shard of Hate and it should as it is promoted.</p>

<p>The three P2W potions (500lvl cure, +body gold, +runspeed/+mountspeed) were definitely in there the first day they opened the vault.  On checking in the marketplace now I see they are not there any longer, but they most surely were there for at least the first day.</p>

Ran SoH and got I think 60 plat, but wasn't paying that much attention in there.</p><p>Edit because I forgot to say if you want a refund, your best chance is to /petition, you won't get anything by posting on the forums.</p>

<p>I'm pretty sure you will usually get a chest of >26 plat in PR, but when SoH drops a 15 plat chest and you have that item active there is no doubt that it was not working.</p><p>They are gone for now though, that is the good thing, and hopefully they stay gone.</p><p>If I petition it and get any flak I would only create problems for myself here. <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" /></p><p>I simply wanted the item removed or to adjust the description (or fix the bug) to not be misleading or false.</p>

<p>Never gotten a chest higher than 21 plat in PR, which makes the 26 plat chest make perfect sense with the potion (21*1.25=26.25). Maybe you just got a bad chest or something? I also ran OoA and got 12 plat and change, which isn't the highest I've seen, but the extra gold made it look like that was working for me.</p>

no. the chests arent a fixed amount. they range like 15-30p, and then thats divided among whomevers there. i usually get like 120-140 normally. a true test is do like i did. i used mine, my groupmate was getting the same amount of coin as me and we ended up with the same total as an average visit, and she was not on the potion. i think they ninja disabled its effect, or its just a bug or broken.
