Spell weapon attack speed/ Attack Speed Buff Spells.

<p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">Would it be possible to add a bonus spell weapon attack speed buff to Rapidity and other attack speed buff spells?<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Unless I am reading something wrong, the old buff spells do not add to the new spell weapon attack speed.</span></p>
