Inquisitor Smite Heretic Prestige AA not working as intended.

<p>The new inqusitor endline AA that replaces heresy is currently not going off on anything except for spells. Unfortunately that makes this skill useless as it procs just as much as heresy and heresy itself does more damage.</p><p>Can we please get this fixed to where it does what it says it does? (Proc off attacks, ca's, spells) because at the current time it is useless.</p>

<p>+1.  It proced 1 time for me against the groups of nether-wings and I had that ability spammed on the group so I know they all had it.</p><p>Oh, and Heretic's doom hit 37 times that fight.</p>
