Missing block chance?

<p>Missing block chance on Dragonscale buckler of the underdepths from betrayl of the underdepths! And upgrade the ward proc as it is lower and proc less then previous redadonr from dov "greater aegis".</p>

<p>Well basicly what they did 1 year ago was to put 20% block chance on all shields from lvl 1-90 as there where missing block chance on DoV bucklers back then to.</p>
