<p>For basic contested heroic items, much better charms are dropping than the charm I got called Rune Studded Focus Stone. Considering this is a "Master Collection" Reward, could it be brought more in line w/ the other items in various slots for the game update. IMO, the stats need to be boosted slightly (not tons) and probably also give it an effect. Something along the line of a Greater Magnitude III would make sense and be in line. It should also have two white slots imo.</p>
