<p>So, I just bought gold account subscriptions for two accounts back around February this year. When I logged in today both my accounts are downgraded. I have two free to play accounts. With bags full of fabled raid gear. Naked characters.</p><p>I raid.</p><p>Give me my accounts back.</p><p>+ some station cash for the inconvenience.</p><p>and free game time.</p><p>new mounts for all my characters.</p><p>prestige houses.</p><p>all kinds of research reduction potions and xp pots.</p><p>Yeah, I am paying for your service AND YOU ARE DROPPING THE BALL! MORE!</p>

<p>two threads arent going to help you.  instead, send in a petition.  if you bought ONE month sub, your time has expired.  if you bought a longer term sub and your time has not expired, they'll fix it for you.  you can also call them tmrw.</p>
