Server shows as down at character select, characters missing

<p>When I logged on today, the server shows as down when I log in to the character select screen. Only 4 of 10 characters are showing. I can however log in to the game on my wifes account on the same computer without a problem.</p><p>I've checked my account details on the website and everything seems to be normal there.  I'm hoping not all the customer support staff are on holiday :/</p><p> EDIT: submitted a ticket on this but it seems to be working now, so either it fixed itself or somebody at customer support was pretty quick off the mark.-</p>
