<p>The Walmart cards with the 500 sc bonus don't seem to be doubling properly. They only give a bonus of 2000, meaning the extra 500 doesn't double like it usually does. It is supposed give a 2500 bonus.</p><p>Please fix.</p>

The bonus is 2000 (1500+500). Are you saying that when you redeem one it only gives you 3500SC?</p>

<p>This happened during the recent one for EQI.  I called customer service the next day, and he checked.  Later in the day they had added the rest of the SC, the 500 for each card.  This was in response to a long thread complaining about it though.  So if you don't see that 500 added, call them and they will correct it.</p>

I think that is what happened. After we redeemed our cards, ( like a few hours) we did wind up with the extra 500 that was missing. We are also due to get our monthly bonus 500 for being recurring subs, so I was not sure if it came from SOE fixing the SC card transaction or us getting our monthly bonus. From what you're saying, it's probably the SC transaction. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> So as long as we get our monthly bonus at some point, looks like everything is fine then. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>

<p>Just an update: I just loaded a $15 WalMart SOE card and was credited the full 4000. It looks like whatever happened before, might be fixed.
