<p>Same here.</p><p>In the past (last year or so) I was able to send giftsbut now as I wished to send some spring bucketsthe button to gift is inactive.</p><p>At my other (very much younger) account I am able to send gifts.</p><p>Mysterious for me ^^.</p>

<p>Gifting requires being on an active, recurring credit card plan for 7 days or more. If you're on a non-recurring/game card/sc sub then it won't work - there's also currently a bug not allowing all access customers to gift.</p><p>In any case if you fall outside our gifting requirements you can <a href="https://help.station.sony.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/28939" target="_blank">contact support by phone/chat </a>and we should be able to provide an exception/workaround for you.</p>
