I've set up a very nice home in the Storm Tower Isle but the lag almost makes it impossible to move without resetting my video option to Extreme Performance. I have to maximize the texture resolution just to make it look somewhat decent.

I've talked to many others on the /homeshow channel and everyone has the same problem. Once you get over 100 items the lag starts and just builds the more items you place inside. I have 1050 items so you can imagine the lag.

Can you please do something to reduce the lag inside the Storm Tower Isle? Maybe make it storm only every now and then instead of ALL the time will help. I've had to set up a sign with the Message " Set to Ext Permance, Max Texture Resolution" so visitors can at least look around without lagging into walls.

Yup, same issue.

I've visited many, many Storm Isle homes (looking for inspiration!), and anything with item count > 400 (for me) results in a 5 frame per second lag fest.

Other housing zones with item counts over 1000 don't lag out any where near as much as Stormy.

Would love this to be fixed as it really is my favourite home zone. I don't want to relocate!

If you wish to experience this massive lag please visit my Storm isle on Antonia Bayle in Qeynos, under my Beastlords name, Twinight. My total item count now is 1085 and unless you set your options to Extreme Permorance you'll hardly be able to move. I've also published it, you can find it in the massive homes section, Twinight's Tower Fortress.

Please either give us the option to turn off the Storms or greatly reduce the Storms effect on the lag.

Unfortunately this isnt really something I can directly address. I'm not a designer/coder so if theres a fix to be made it'll have to come from that team. I've reported on this and am waiting with the rest of you to hear about a fix.
