is it normal for level 90 people to be in level 30-40 BGs?

<p>my little brother just got into the game, he wanted to try bgs, I said once you get to 30 you can start I think...</p><p>so he does, and he's getting slaughterd, like 20 kills to zero.</p><p>he tells me this and I shrug it off, the first week in BGs is pretty miserable. I remember that. I gave up on BGs after they made the gear useless outside of BGs last year, but I played it off and on, before then.</p><p>then he asks, is it normal for level 90 people to be playing against him, so I look at his screen, and sure enough about 3/4ths of the people in the match, were level 90....</p><p>which I just said, dont even bother, just do something else, cause thats not even "slightly fair".</p>

<p>This was happening a lot several months back, but I play a lot of t4 bgs and haven't seen it happen this year I think.  I would encourage him to keep hopping in there and just /petition it if the 90s are in there (shouldn't be happening now tho). </p>

<p>From what the original poster said, it sounds more like the level 30 was sucked into a level 90 BG rather than 90s in T4.  This was pretty rare even way back when, I haven't seen it happen for a long time now.</p><p>Your brother was probably just very unfortunate on that occasion.</p>
