In addition to the items made by Norrath's amazing and friendly crafters (available through trades and the in-game broker), the EQII in-game Marketplace is an integrated store where you can purchase an assortment of services, items, and features with Station Cash, to enhance your gameplay experience. Appearance armor, mounts, prestige homes, and server transfer tokens are just some of the items available.

New items are added to the Marketplace weekly. Here's a look at the latest additions:

Researcher’s Sanctum

Scholars of Norrath rejoice! The Researcher’s Sanctum is a submarine paradise for the bibliophile inside all of us. Set amidst the blue waters of the vasty deep, the Researcher’s Sanctum provides the perfect getaway when you just want to relax with a cozy book. Or several thousand cozy books, as the case may be!

Deepwater Aquarium

Aquaculture has long been known as a way for one to relax and center one’s self. If the adventuring life is leaving you a bit too stressed, perhaps caring for this tiny aquatic realm will leave you in a calmer frame of mind. Set in an ornate wooden enclosure, the Deepwater Aquarium oozes refinement and class.

Battlerager’s Helm

Capable of making even the most diminutive of the Arasai look fearsome, the Battlerager’s Helm clearly indicates you are one tough hombre. With a sweep of spikes resembling a fauxhawk, the Battlerager’s Helm is perfect for every adventurer looking to up their intimidation factor.

Love the house and aquarium. I have only one request. Can the item limit please be included for prestige houses in the description in the marketplace window, and maybe here in the announcement too?

Who came up with the bright idea of only 400 spots for that place? My little OCD Fae archivist has been waiting and waiting for this place since the first teasing images were brought to his attention. Thankfully it's only going to be his private library off his main TT house...but still....

And yay for aquarium!

But um...maybe if we're nice we can get just the unframed glass in the future? Purdy purdy pweese? Oh, and more fishies - not all of which need to be carnivorous.

Dont raise the base Item limit on this house, just add higher level expanders to the marketplace(not craftable). I know you guys need the revenue badly.

Also How about a prestige house that looks like an actual house instead of a stripped down zone replica? you know, something with actual livable room layouts and not with 50ft ceilings etc

not all of us have the time, talent or patience to build these glorious, grand works of art some of these guys do using that 3rd party editor. {asked one such talented person if i could pay for them to decroate a house like that for me and was told it would cost 500-1000 dollars. yes RL money} yikes

The item limit is WAY to low for the size of the house. They both need to be raised.I like the other suggestion to add higher level expanders too. Or at least let us use multiples of them, not just stack the two different ones. Please address the item limit in BOTH of these houses in SOME way.

You almost need a mount to run across that place, it falls into the massive category, and yet it has less item count than my 5 room Halas house.

I see in the test update notes they have upped the item count on the Researcher's Sanctum some, but it really isn't enough or equitable with the sc cost of the place . I made a list of the SC prestige housing and see there are some things that seem wonky and maybe there could be a balancing act of them while you are at it?

.........................................Item count--SCprice

There might be some concerns about how this zone and others like it will render when filled with too many items. I would guess that is more of the concern than wanting to arbitrarily limit how many items players can put in there.

I thought they'd raise that Researcher's one from 400-800; not to 600. They just don't get it. And they are still releasing every grey toned zone they can find in the game with every new house.

I totally agree, Cloudrat. I wouldn't have dreamed that when they upped the count on the new house it would have been even less than the 700 that regular non-prestige houses have.
