Why are Asian players robbed of their account ?

<p>Since 26-3 I can not log into the game anymore. It appears SOE has blocked all traffic coming from China. I have to use an IP mask to be even able to post/ login to the forums.</p><p>Is there anyone at SOE able to say something about this blatant THEFT, because thats just what it is. I have paid for 6 months of Gold membership last month and now I can not log in anymore for 2 consecutive days already. And I do not think it will be opened up again. Since SOE is cleaning house ( Selling to Pro7 in EU ) it seems they also want to get rid of Asian players.</p><p>I would like an explanation from a CSR why I did not receive an email about this, or when the remaining 5 months of my goldmembership are going to be refunded !</p>

<p>Very unlikely that it is blocked by Chinese firewalling programs. Like I said I was able to play for 2 months without any problems. Now I have to use an IP mask program to even be able to connect to the darn forums. Still will not working for gaming though. Kinda odd that with a ip-masking program SOE site lets me in but with a Chinese IP it blocks me.....ye, just blame the Chinese government ehuh.</p>
