Prestige Talents bug?

<p>I just got lvl 90.2 and my first point but when I went to the page it would not let me put it into anything (at the time I had 296 AA) but as soon as I used the beta bubble to get 320 it let me put a point in. Is this a bug or do you need to have 300-320 to be able to spend the points but 280 to start gaining them?</p>

<p>I think if you camp to yourself or zone, it will correct that for now.</p><p>However it is buggy that you have to do that to spend a point</p>
