Focus Effect on Fury Boots - Useless w/ Crit Mit removal

<p>Please fix Fury focus effect for Death Swarm that is on all of our boots.  It reduces the mobs crit chance by 5% which is now completely useless w/ the new combat mechanics.</p>

<p>According to the patch notes - they fixed that bug.  NPCs should no longer crit.</p>
