Suggestion for forum header

Most people on test_copy are testing high level content and/or new stuff. And they're mostly doing it with gear, AAs, plat, etc from the buffer. People on test don't get any free buffage or gear.. and they're not testing only top end stuff since they have to level 'the hard way'. This provides a greater variety of feedback since testers on test don't have gear buffs and such that test_copy has. Additionally, the test_copy population is fairly transient, the test population is in for the long haul.</p>
