T10 Tinkering and Adorning

<p>Soo... what are the plans for T10 Tinkering and Adorning? Adorning, especially needs to be worked out before GU63 goes live, as items of lvl 90+ should yield the new components when they're transmuted.</p><p>Note: I haven't gotten any items 91+ yet to test, but lvl 90 items are yielding 80-89 components when transmuted.</p>

<p>Is there a new tier of Adorning, Tinkering?  Since I've not seen it mentioned anywhere, and I haven't found anything in game, I'm not sure if I'm just missing it, or if it doesn't exist..</p>

They could do that fairly easily without waiting until all the recipes where done.</p>
