display bug or?...for Elemental Blast

<p>I noticed that when examining the spell when you have 2 points (rank 2/2), it says Rank 1 on the window.</p><p>Is it supposed to be 1 rank for 2 points, or 1 point per rank?</p><p>I never looked at it before.</p>

So if you only have two AA points spent on it, it would only be Rank 1.</p>
