NOt getting XP for Tradeskilling nor tradeskill quests

<p>Me either.  I've tried my copy that was 90, I've tried using the buff bauble, and I've tried being buffed by Lady Luck.  Tradeskill experience ain't budging. </p>

<p>it's the same for adventurer's which is why i believe they have the buffer up, but he's being stingy part of the time.</p>
