Question: is that armor that the NPCs were around the new Zones Available?

<p>Just got the shield from a quest in the middle Combine camp. maybe more, but the quests aren't really related to each other, had to check every camp for follow-ups.</p>

<p>If you are talking about the combine armor in withering lands, those are made to be used on player characters.  Not sure how they are hooked up as quest rewards though.</p><p>Dave</p>

<p>I have to say, they do look pretty nice. Though I do wish the crotch-flap or w/e it is actually called could be eased up in future pant models, as in my opinion, they look quite ugly.</p>

<p>The combine armor that the combine folks are wearing in Withered Lands is not available to players in this GU. We have something else planned for it. And before you ask no, the plan is not SC. You can get a few of the weapons/Shields but thats it for now sorry!</p>

The quest armor -withered tree something - we get looks just bad. Same skin as a thousand other armors before.</p><p>I was really looking forward to a finally cool looking armor (and don't come with SC armor, they look straight terrible as well).</p><p>Did no designer ever have the idea to use simple original armors like chainmal with a guild-tabard? The one thing I liked in the first days of EQ2 was the realistic looking armor that even had dents and scratches.</p>
