[Bug] Tradeskill AA's capped at 25 on test copy

<p>Tradeskill AA's went to 40 points on the tradeskill tab with AoD.  On test copy after buffing a new tradeskiller my tab only allows 25 points. </p>

<p>This bug (along with being unable to level past 90 tradeskilling) should be fixed in the next update.</p>
