Inquisitor Merc Useless

<p>I haven't tested this on Live (as I have no use for a Merc), but on Test the Inquisitor Merc is useless.  I have him set to protect and follow me.  He'll just stand there when I engage something.  If I set him to assist me then he'll melee attack.  That's it.  No healing, no nukes, nothing.</p>

<p>On live I wouldn't be surprised if 75% of the people using mercs choose an Inq to run with. Def not broken on live.</p>

<p>There is an issue with healing spells currently on test. It was broken when setting them up to scale past 90. Fix should be incoming.</p>
