<p>I just downloaded the game and am having these errors as well. Glad that its not my account; sad that these issues are still prevelant after the company has had them for over 12 years.</p>

<p>XD aye, but when my login gets rejected a profitui window pops up with a log in window. Just wondering if that had any thing to do with the login info being rejected. The website accepted my info, so i dunno what's going on. XD</p>

Now we are waiting for them to hold a short funeral/bury it with the others, get another one into the wheel, and train it. So could be awhile hehe.</p>

But it sure seems feasible.</p>

<p>Nope. It's not steam, it's not any ui. I just ran EQ2 bare bones, disk installed, still rejected. On another thread a Dev posted some code to paste over other info in a .ini file in the eq2 folder <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?start=30&topic_id=516037">http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=516037</a>  ... but when i do stuff like mess with code.... things explode... I think I'm just gonna go get some sleep. XD</p>

When I got the message that my log-in name or password was incorrect, it then asked me to change it, but the page it sent me to would not load, so I went directly to the EQ2 page and logged in there... and reset my password, but the launcher is still saying the same thing.

There are actually European people living in China. <p>Is this still an ongoing problem? I have no issues with it but my husband has this problem quite frequently after patches and it will often end up he can't log in for an hour or so after the servers are back up.  Because it wont let him log into anything he can't even petition SOE about this!!!  Just happening again now for him, I am in game fine but he keeps getting invalid login/password <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" /></p>

<p>Hi, is there normally any support in over the weekend? </p><p> My husband still cannot login since the patch at the start of the weekend, it continally says invalid login/password but we know he is putting in the correct details.   As it will not let him log into his account on the website either he has created another account to send in a ticket to get this looked at, this was 24 hours ago that he sent the ticket in but he has been unable to log in for about 36 hours, no response yet ( I sent in a ticket 36 hours ago but no response either, not a serious issue though so I am happy to wait, but for something like this it is important)</p><p>Very frustrating for him, he can log into my account on his laptop so it is not the actual game but just his account has been affected by this problem. <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" />  Any help from SOE support would be very much appreciated.</p>

I debated starting a new thread, but my problem is the same as this thread. I have 1 account I am able to play on and access no problem, but my other account, I am getting invalid user name or password. I was able to reset the password and got an email saying successful, but when I go to log in, I still get invalid user name or password. Not sure how I can reset a password, but yet not log in? I have not been able to play on this account now for a couple days, and I have an Open Ticket on this that is 2 days old now with no response <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> Please help - I am paying for an account that I can not play right now. What can I do if Support is not answering the ticket and resolving this?

<p>Since it will involve your personal account information we won't be able to address it here on the forums but we do have two forms of contact that are quicker than waiting on a ticket response.  We have our Live Chat services and a direct phone line to call our support staff.  Both methods can offer immediate diagnosis and possible resolutions.  Follow my signature for more information on these contact methods.</p>

<p>Hi AkashaV, my husband had this same issue and like you the ticket was not being answered so he contacted them through Live Chat and it got looked into a lot quicker.</p>
