Purchase failure Sony Cash still spent (resolved)

<p>Hello there,</p><p>Today I recieved my bonus 500 SC for having a paid account. I added an additional 5.00 to my account and then purchased an extra character slot. This was done from inside of game (I probably should have done it from character select) .</p><p>The sony cash was spent but the slot was not allotted to me. I am pretty certain there is no delay involved with the purchasing of character slots.</p><p>Can someone look into this for me?</p><p>Much obliged, and thank you for your time.</p><p>--Michael</p><p>EDIT: When purchased inside game, it gives you an item in your inventory that you must then use. Boy do i feel silly!</p>
