<p>Go to your eq2 folder and run everquest2.exe for now.</p><p>This will skip the patcher, and hopefully your issue will be resolved before the next forced patch.</p>

<p>Bad stream is usually antivirus interfering with the download / realtime scanning the files as they're being patched. Set an exception for launchpad.exe in any antivirus you have running and try again!</p>
