<p>I played upon release for quite some time back in '04.</p><p>I quit for quite some time. Came back again years later. Quit again for quite some time.</p><p>I just came back to SOE to try Vanguard, talked to customer service one day a couple weeks ago to find out why I could not log in or remember my account name/password...He said I was hacked. I figured the heck with Vanguard I need to go back to EQ2, it is a great game!</p><p>Well, I just came back and bought AoD expansion and gold membership with my new account I was kind of forced to make due to the hacking etc.</p><p>This kind of sucks I spent money on AoD and gold sub. I really wasn't too upset about it at first until I realized I can't use my usual character names on Antonia Bayle and I can't even log on to my old account to delete them or start playing them again.</p><p>Also, I realized I have a bunch of awesome vet rewards on my original account from '04.</p><p>I would like to just use my original '04 account but I don't want to have to buy AoD again and another gold account.</p><p>TLDR; Is there a way to verify I am the same person with both of those accounts and transfer over my subscription and expansion pack purchase to my original account?</p>

<p>that would basically mean I have to wait for Monday since support is non existant on weekends?</p>

<p>I'm pretty sure that will be able to do that for you.</p><p>But I ask: They say you were hacked, why didn't you simply get your original account reset and use that instead of starting a new account?</p>

<p>Well, I honestly couldn't remember which account of mine was older. I have had 2 SOE accounts since SWG release and I think this is my third...lol, I have no idea. Just bad memory is to blame along with my own stupidity.</p>

Depending on when your purchases were made we may even be able to transfer your AOD expansion and gold membership to the old account once you've proven ownership of it and had us restore access.</p><p>Use the link in the mod's post above to open a ticket and we should be able to get you sorted out.</p>
