Paid for gold account

<p>I am coming back to everquest 2 and I paid for 1 month of gold and show up on my invoice on my credit card but not on my account on SOE. So i can not play my main until this is correct and everyone went home for the weekend. So all my gear that i have can not wear.</p><p>Can anyone help me out here or do i have to wait until Monday for help?.</p><p>I file a ticket but yea as i said everyone went home.</p>

<p>You may have accidentally subscribed to the wrong account, or had cookies stored from a previous login on another account, causing the subscription to go there.</p><p>If you <a href="https://help.station.sony.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/28939" target="_blank">contact support</a> we should be able to look up where the charge went, and put the subscription on the correct account for you.</p>
