Welcome Screen Community MOTD

<p>I don't normally read the community MOTD on the welcome screen, but it says double exp weekend.  Is this an old message?  I don't see any mentions any other place.  It does not specify which weekend (with dates and stuff) so I'm just wondering.</p>
