<p><p>I have used the Sol Ro miracle, Wrath of the Burning Prince, in the RW PQ before, but today when I tried to use the blessing, Ro's Fury, I was given the message something like, "Not in PVP".</p><p>This is on a PVE server in a PVE raid.</p></p>
