Launchpad woes

<p>Hi</p><p>Loaded up the launchpad, and got an error message along the lines of "There is assets that are configured to streaming mode, would you like to turn on streaming mode etc" I clicked no, and it still throws me into streaming mode.</p><p>Any help is appreaciated <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>Wanic</p>

<p>I have this too and have also posted my own topic with my findings.</p><p>I think they have given us a corrupt EQ2 client application that launchpad uses to run the game, as you can usually click on it and go directly to EQ2 without launchpad but you can't anymore, and it says it's missing assets which are obviously there, so it defaults to "stream" the assets.</p>

<p>Even running through .exe is throwing me into streaming, and thats even slower than the launchpad>.></p><p>Hope they fix this quickly</p>

<p>ya i got that also about the streaming thing, clicked no and thought i musta accidently not clicked the right button, got in game and was still streaming. so in a hurry b4 i head off to work i quickly start the download of the non streaming launcher, just to come home and find i put it in the wrong file or something and downloading it yet again, (a whole 14,000+ MB ??? isn't this quite a bit?) then i had the bright idea to read the forums .... tadah! i prolly just totally messed up my ui and log in stuff, and i shoulda just left it alone, and waited for a fix. o well...... SOE strikes yet again!</p>
