Next hostile PvP target.

<p>Broker is not next hostile PvP target.</p><p>Allied mercs are not next hostile PvP target.</p><p>Every single NPC in a guild hall isn't a next hostile PvP target.</p><p>So why do I keep getting those when I press next PvP target?</p><p>Also if there is no one to target it should clean your target just as it did before. And it's not a PvE target so I don't care if the next hostile PvP target isn't grouped with my current PvP target. Target next hostile PvP target used to work perfectly a year ago. Then someone had the idea to mess with something that works and broke it. It is broken since. With the mercs added it is broken even more. If you have no PvP target and there are mercs around you it will target an allied merc in 90% of the time. And if that allied merc is a merc of a player who's grouped with another player with a merc then all next hostile pvp target will do is switch between the 2 mercs from that group. And you will never ever get a target that is an actual hostile PvP target.</p>
