character crash zoning in ferrort

<p>One of my character is not loading in to ferrrort, but im able to play all my other character. The message i'm getting is-"G:liveeq2gameclientsrcgamescene.cpp"  005081eb  0108703c. I have report this to SOE for the last 3 days and it still not fix. this bs</p>
