View Full Version : access error on gamepass tab

<p>Having a problem accessing the gamepass info on one of my accounts, it sits there for a few minutes then displays that an error has occurred, to contact support. I try to open a ticket on the website for support and neither of the two required drop downs work - Product and Category. Have tried it on two different machines with IE8, IE9, firefox and chrome it all fails.</p>

The required drop down boxes for eiter would not populate and the briwser had an error about downloading data from a non-secure site. Did this on IE8, IE9, Chrome and Firefox on multiple machines and a sandboxed clean install of Windows XP under Windows 7 Ultimate clean install.</p><p>Thanks for the offer though.</p>
