<p>First of all my question is mostly pertaining to Vanguard. Yes I know I am in the wrong forums but I have good reason to be. I have an active Sub to EQ2. I am trying to install the trial version of vanguard. I had it a few years ago but it expired. When I try to install the new trial it first gives me the launchpad (newest version) to log into. Ok, so I put my station information in and it says "Error while processing your request, please try again" It has said that for over a day now. I can't post on this in Vanguard forums because you have to have an active sub or trial to post, which I dont yet. So I really need help trying to get around this issue. I also emailed support on another matter concerning my account. I own vanguard but my 2nd DVD is corrupt. I bought it at launch. Now when I enter my cd key it tells me that its already registered to another account. Well it was registered to my old station account that I became hacked on. So now I have a new account but need to transfer over my cd key to it. Please... does anyone from SOE work the weekends (when I have time to play) to help me?? I would greatly apprecaite a response and some help.</p><p>Thank you.</p>
