Its double xp weekend

And i cant buy anything on the broker

I buy, but i dont recive anything. On a double xp weekend, the game

behaves like cold syrup in siberia. Is there any point in even playing

during these weekends? If your intention is to attract people to comeback to the game

with these weekends, your looking at a epic failure. I know.... i should go here and there

to rapport something. And it might be something wrong with my uber computer or

megafast connection as usually hinted. Im a players, not a seeker of forums were to post. I post when im

[Removed for Content] off and things dont work as expected. When i returned to this game i pressed the button "report a bug" many times.

And yet to this date iv had 0 replys in any way. So you figure out what needs to be fixed. Its your job and

thats what we pay the monthly fee for. Geezuz....

firstly, I'll let you know that if you're trying to get ahold of support, reporting a bug isn't the way to do it. Those reports are received by and ready by our developers to help them improve/fix the game, however, they don't illicit a support response.

If you need a response from customer support, you'd want to post here (like you did with this thread) or open a support ticket.

Now as to your issues, the broker shouldn't have prevented you from utilizing double XP weekend, but if you were/are experiencing issues we'd like to know what server, and what time/date you were experiencing the problems.

Matt - this is the only forum where at least we get responses, thanks to you. Posting at Dev's forum is like talking to myself, only responses I get is from community members. You had a new girl (woman) taking over the dev's team - I saw her "knighted" on youtube, and she has not even bothered to introduce herself properly on the forums. Why?

P.S. e.g I post an issue at WoW's support forum and I get a response within the hour, in-game or otherwise. Its not being meant as a critique at you, but it shows how certain devs care about their product, and let me tell you - it pays off.

Dev's are busy people, and while you might not always get a response to a thread, I guarantee you they read the forums and take feedback/ideas/problem reports here very seriously. I do apologize if our messaging has been less than satisfactory, and offer my assurances that it's something we look heavily at as a company and are continually striving to improve.
