Race availability

<p>I am confused. I got AoD when it came out to get Beastlord. I made him a Kerra Beastlord. I am now coming back and I find out that I cannot use him because I do not have the race available. So I went to the store to buy it but on reading the description, it also unlocks Arasi race. I can currently play my Arasi so by default I should be able to play my Kerra, right?</p>

Any characters created prior to the F2P Cutoff date (which was early december/late november if memory serves) were "grandfathered" in without race/class restrictions. Newly created characters would either need the appropriate race/class pack unlocks, or a gold membership to be played.</p>
