Trying to recover Account

<p>Does anyone know why the submit button on the CS ticket side of things does nothing? I am trying to recover my account and I put in the information, hit submit...and nothing.. It just sits there.</p>

<p>Are you doing this from the in-game browser, or a desktop based one? If in-game, go to your regular browser, and if it's a desktop browser, try an alternate one. Chrome, Firefox and IE should all work.</p>
