Uable to access store

<p>I have been trying to purchase the two latest xpacs but am unable to access the store - get a 404 error.</p><p>In-game I tried to purchase SC but even if I select, say 600SC, it says 0SC on the checkout screen.</p><p>I was able to upgrade to Gold sub earlier today so it is not my credit card etc.</p><p>Is there an outage atm - nothing on the status screens?</p>
