I read somewhere about some tricks to get good framerate. Like set to extreme performance then set textures to maximum. But then shadows or off and stuff...

My rig:

Quad Core i7 CPU 930 @ 2.8ghz

6.0 GB Ram

5770 ATI Radeon HD Series (I believe it has 1.2GB video ram)

Windows 7 64-bit

What are the biggest FPS killers? And what setting can I use to mnake the game look decent without shutting off everything?

Your biggest FPS killers would be CPU Shadows, number of lights, number of high detail characters, number (and quality, but moreso number) of particle effects and draw distance. Texture quality is also a big one too but with that much video memory you can likely crank that up quite a bit without too noticeable of a performance hit.

Personally I have a little bit less powerful setup than you, and other than raiding I use the "balanced" preset with textures turned all the way up, and GPU shadows (not CPU) enabled.
