Downgraded but no free time

<p>A few days ago I decided to downgrade from GOLD and I expected to get my "free" time that was given to everyone due to the Sony "hack". I logged on today to find my account is already bronze. Did something change? I thought eveyone who lost time due to the "hack" got a free month or something?</p><p>Did I do something wrong?</p><p>Thanks</p>

<p>Decided to try and mail some plat to a guildmate, forgot you cant use to send mail on bronze but it the plat i tried to send vanished!!! Jeez</p>
