View Full Version : Character server transfer token not on SC atm

<p>as i understand it i should be seeing the xfer token on marketplace now. i wish to move a few characters to another server. i have been back for a few months now as a reacurring fully paid custmers with all expansions, but last week i switched to a 3 month plan reacuring (from a month-to-month plan). i dont even recall seeing the token before the change, so i am wondering if the service is down at this time? if not who/how do i contact to look into the issue?</p><p> update:</p><p>chated with a TSR on this issue. my account has a past date but active, thus the TSR called my account bugged. the issue has been sent to Billing Escalations Dept.</p>

<p>This is the response i got today. I CAN see many many items that cost more than i have SC, but not the xfer Token. how do i know how much to add if i cant see the item. <p>thanks. this account was opened for the EQ1 Kunark expansion long ago. i have made requests for soe CS for years and always gotten great help. no clue what is going on with this one, but i too hope it gets looked into a little closer.</p><p> update: added enough SC and still no Token on the marketplace for any of my characters.</p>

<p>I do apologize for any misinformation given on your support ticket. So long as you have an active *recurring* subscription for at least 7 days, with no subscription modifications you should be able to see the token.</p>

<p>I re-activated my account with a Three-month Gold Recurring Membership 10 days ago. Like above, I cannot as yet see any SC token to transfer servers either. Help in this regards would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.</p>

<p>I am having the same trouble with my account. I have been All Access since July. They stared billing me in Sept 12th. We got the 45 days free, and They gave me 30 days for switching. Before that I was doing the normal subscription. The only thing different is the game took the money out a week late. I was hoping to move one of my toons to Oasis, but I cant see the option to buy a token. I also tried to get my billing date changed to the 1st like it was before they gave us the 45 days free. I was told that date couldnt be changed unless I let my sub expire and then resube and loose the extra char slots I gain.</p>

<p>I had to call them in the morning. They said that was an issue and they were trying to work on it. My account was bugged. I plan to buy more SC and do another transfer or two. I just know that I need to have the SC on my account and to call them to have them transfer the toon. I might just wait for a double or triple SC weekend and buy enough to get a couple extra slots and then move the toons. Then I can let my account lapse for about a week and resub on the date I want the billing cycle to be on. I just prefer to have my account show no lapse in payment. It just looks bad to me if there is one or two on it. kudos to the guys that have to work in support. I know how frustrating it can be.</p>

<p>I've had an active All-Access subscription since the beginning of the option and there are no transfer tokens, no gifting, and other limitations since November, even the gifting says you must be a subscribing member.</p><p>My CTS efforts have come through nicely but they have said over the last 3 months you just need to petition it, its a known bug and is top priority.</p><p>So every time i need something account related fixed i need to spend 2-3 hrs on the phone, and usually 2-3 days.... </p><p>sigh</p>

<p>I am still having the same issue. I might just buy a couple of the Walmart SC cards in a few days and start getting the Char slots and switch back to the normal account. That might fix it up. Since I only use it for the extra slots anyways</p>

<p>The all access bug is something we're still trying to sort out, but as is posted here if you contact CS and are on a *recurring* plan we'll be happy to fix you up so you can get this taken care of.</p><p>It should only take about 10 minutes on the phone (20 if there's a hold time) - all we'll need is to verify some of the personal info on your account, put a temporary flag which allows token purchase, and pull it off when you're done.</p>
