<p>Hello to all of you adventurers and crafters. I'd like to take a few minutes to introduce you to the Guild Avatars. Instead of making promises of what we hope to become as a guild in the future in order to bring in new guild friends, let me share with you what our founding principles are and what they will continue to be.</p><p>1. Every member counts and their ideas and opinions are welcome and encouraged.</p><p>2. Family-friendly is important and foul language or mature humor is not acceptable.</p><p>3. Recognition and gratitude is given to all, each and every time, when contributions are made.</p><p>4. When a decision needs to be made that affects the guild as a whole, we use a Voting system then decide based on those votes.</p><p>5. Respect of all members at all times, no matter who they are or what backgrounds they may come from.</p><p>We are social, chatty and enjoy doing things together as a guild. We also offer training and guidance to new players of the game.</p><p>Our Guild Hall is located in New Halas, because having a neutral location is good for most alignments. We do have at the present time the basic amenities needed and more to come as we level the Guild.</p><p>We are there for each other, whenever someone needs help, no matter what level the help may be. We have a solid team of leadership, along with the founding members of the guild who helped to bring it all together. <p>Just a quick update: Avatars Guild is nearing GL 40 and are fortunate to have more friends who have come together for our cause to contribute more of themselves to each member who needs assistance. As always, we welcome the opportunity to speak with you if you are interested in 'our' type of guild. <p>If anyone is looking at this post, I would highly recommend to take a second look! This guild is awesome and if you are social, looking for a good community and like to do stuff alone or with others, then you should join! There is so much to tell about this guild, but for me it is the best one, on Freeport!</p>
