Too much information in Main Chat.

<p>How do I reduce the amount of details in my chat window?  For example:</p><p>You have killed a Runnyeye clubber.Your faction standing with The Guardians of the Vale got better.Your faction standing with The Runnyeye Goblins could not possibly get any worse.You gain Alternate Advancement experience from killing an NPC!You gain 54 XP plus 108 XP from bonuses!You convert 81 experience into AA experience!</p><p>Is there a way to create a new tab for details I don't want to see each time I kill a mob?  Or turn off details until I want to turn them back on?  I find that too much information in my Main Chat scrolls off too quickly and I miss group and/or guild chats, etc.</p><p>I searched through all the chat options and it's not clear to me which option is for which message. I also searched for a Chat Options Guide but couldn't find one.</p>

<p>Yeah you can do some pretty fancy stuff with chat.</p><p>On the chat window - right click - add new tab.</p><p>Once that tab is opened - right click - chat options.</p><p>In the options section you can select which info you want to go into that tab.</p><p>I have tabs set up for:</p><p>Main Chat</p><p>Combat</p><p>Group</p><p>Guild</p><p>PST (tells)</p><p>and in the past I even configured a tab for anything a NPC said. That's helpful with quest dialog if you want to go back and reread.</p><p><img src="http://img197.imageshack.us/img197/1438/chatcu.jpg" /></p>

<p>I have a similar problem.</p><p>I have created a chat to show only group, guild, raid and tells.</p><p>But everytime I send in my mercenary for the attack I get a message in this chat box saying something like- you sent in your mercenary to attack.</p><p>No big deal just a minor annoyance, but if anyone knows how to get rid of it I should appretiate it.</p>
