Can't play with Authenticator account

<p>So this morning when I can log in to my account, but when I hit "Play" on LP4 it gives me the error:</p><p>"Invalid name or password.  Please try again."</p><p>And instead of launching the game it has a big red "Retry" button.</p><p>I can log on to the forums no problem with this account.</p><p>I can log into the game no problem with an account that doesn't have an authenticator associated with it.</p><p>Of note:  My password on the authenticator account is 10 characters long, so with the authenticator code it is 16 characters long.  I know that this was an issue with LP3.</p><p>My current suspicion is that either launching of the game has problems with a 16 character password or it is just having problems with the authenticator in general.</p><p>Please let me know if any additional information could be helpful.</p><p>Thanks.</p>
