Half Our Guild Can't Log in for Raid

<p>Our raid leader and several other members can't get logged into the game.</p><p>They start to log in and are booted where they should be getting the environment update.</p><p>One of the errors is "Package load failed or was cancelled. network error during NPAPI download."</p><p>Help please!</p>

<p><p>This is a DNS issue.</p><p>To fix the problem, log into your router and manualy set the DNS to a free DNS (Google's is 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4). I'm not at all sure this is necessary, but I did this and the step below and it fixed the issue.</p><p>Then go do command prompt (run > cmd) and type "ipconfig /flushdns" without the ".</p><p>Repatch and have fun =D </p></p>
