I purchased a new character slot but it did not register, please fix this.

<p>Hi, on the 1st of Feburary this year, I bought 1000 Sony credit for 10 AUD. I used this right away to purchase another character slot on my account. However, there is still no slot to create another character. I have sent 2 ingame bug reports to ask that this be fixed or the sony credit be reimbursed. I have basically paid money for an item/service I have not recieved. Can someone please fix this.</p><p>Cheers</p><p>Rick</p>

<p>I'm in a similar boat.  My one account just ended it's gold subscription and I was doing my morning tradeskill apprentice stuff when I tried to log into the 2nd last used character.  Unforunately, it told me I had too many characters on the account and it would not log into it.  Even though I was annoyed that it wouldn't place one of my non-used characters as not-accessible, I went ahead and purchased another characters slot.  However, it's not showing up.  I have 5 toons on the account, 4 are listed, 1 is not listed at all, and the create character button is disabled still.</p>

<p>It seems it's a fairly large bug in the character select screen.  If I login one of the existing toons, I can use '/camp missingToon'  I can get the error of what is missing.  In my case, the character slot and race pack (which explains why it was not accessible, becuase I needed to unlock the race..)  However, the lack of display of the toon is very annoying.</p>

You need to use /claim to get that item then consume it (right click it and use/redeem whatever it says can not recall exactly).</p>

<p>The slot is not anywhere in my claim window and I have looked through it very carefully. Can someone please from SOE fix this. Also camp missing toon does not work.</p>

<p>I am guessing the character slot item was in the character's bag, you used it, and got your character slot.  <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
