<p>i dont seem to be able to see any of these in the ingame store, i understand that they should be under the service section, i am on a month by month sub paid for on my debit card.</p><p>any ideas ?</p>

<p>Same here, I meet all the requirments, active on a recurring Gold Membership plan, paid for by debt card, over 7 days lapsed on the current subscription, and I cannot find the token in the marketplace. The TOONS I want to transfer are all ready years old and far above level 10, none of my toons can see the tokens. I might just give up on the game as I cannot play with my friends anyway. If I have to start a character from scratch just to enjoy a game, I would rather spend the $40 on a new game, if you get my rift.</p>

<p>I am having the same trouble on this account that is 6 years old. I am moving to a new server with family and freinds, and was able to transfer two of my 90's but not about to transfer any more?</p>

But for some reason I cannot open a ticket. Im trying to move from Nagefen to Antonia Bayle. I purchased a gold 6 month sub, but still do not have a way to purchase a token.</p>
