invalid password on returning acct

<p>My daughter quit playing EQ2 last year.  She wanted to come back to see changes but cant log into her old acct.</p><p>She has had a recurring acct from eq2 launch till when she quit so the acct is old.</p><p>She had not changed her password since the hack so we thought that maybe she could not log in due to that.  We tried to change the password but it said her old password was invalid.</p><p>We had to have a new password emailed to her, clicked the link and reset the password.</p><p>It still does not work.  She can not log into these forums or her SOE acct.... can not log into the game.</p><p>Any ideas to try now ? lol</p>
