<p>If you are in a casual guild and want to start moving up to raid content, or are looking to step down a notch or two from the hard core raiding every MTW routine, drop us a line.</p><p>What we are currently looking and not looking for:</p><p>A fixed schedule to run instances and raids - Pure Platinum is a casual guild</p><p>A list of players of different classes to let know an event is coming up --- absolutely. As people show up, we can get going on a run.</p><p>How is this better then a 1-9 PUG? Well, to be honest, in many cases it isn't. It can be much better as a few people get weeded out, and the roses bloom past the thorns. Sometimes on their own, sometimes with a little help from others with more class knowledge.</p><p>Do you need to drop you current guild tag? -- NO</p><p>Is this a recruitment stunt? -- NO</p><p>So why do it? The Signal-To-Noise ratio on 1_9 can be quite high at times. It would be easier to have a short list of interested people, and when they want in, they holler and are invited to the chat. If they can make it and come along, all the better.</p><p>Do you have a raid leader already identified? - No. We have some people who can do it, but if someone wants to help take the lead for casual raiding in our guild through the connent both in group zones and raid zones.</p><p>Is there a fixed person for every spot and do I need to compete or wait for the person in front of me to die? -- NO Its a casual guild, and a casual raid. If there is a need, and you are there, come on along.</p><p>What if I am a total jerk and Leroy Jenkins the raid.
