<p>My hubby has a recurring gold account. He's been receiving his 500 SC each month since F2P went into effect in December.</p><p>For January, he has not received his SC. Was it discontinued or do I need to call technical support/billing?</p><p>Thanks in Advance.</p><p>Peachie.</p>

<p>I would suggest waiting a couple of days. My billing date is in the first week of each month and when my payment hit in early January it took about 3 days for my account to be credited the 500 SC.</p>

<p>When I had issues with my SC not showing up, they told me they had until the end of the month to get it to me... but typically it would fall within a 5 days of your anniversary date ... My account was severely buggy though when I copied a toon over from live to extended ... so I had enduring issues with my account for a long time, until they fixed it (and I did a little happy dance).</p><p>I would suggest if you haven't seen it within 5 days of your anniversary date, put in a petition.</p>

my billing date is like the 16th, so i dont think about it until then!

<p>My hubby's billing date is the 23rd and as of last night, no SC yet.</p><p>Also, in game, we cannot file a Petition. There is a drop down option on the ticket that is bugged and will</p><p>not allow us to use it so... we can't file in game petitions anymore (</p>

<p>I haven't gotten it at all; been on a recurring subscription since umm october or november... so its not just you.</p><p>then again I'm over 70 and still have the "hit 20 in 20 days for a title" quest... guess I need to submit 2 tickets heh</p>
